Maternity UIF claim cancelled, phone unanswered

I submitted my maternity benefit UIF claim in June, submitted all the required documentation at the East London Labour Centre. I received an SMS to acknowledge the claim on 25 June 2015 and later received another SMS saying there was outstanding documentation. I went to the centre again - and was told that there was no documentation outstanding according to the system and was told to expect the payments in 3 weeks. <br> <br> I have not received any payment and have subsequently received an SMS saying my UIF claim has been cancelled. I was on unpaid leave and urgently need these payments to be paid to me. <br> <br> Case No: *** <br> <br> I have tried calling countless number of times - the phone is ringing with no answer. <br> Please can you attend to this urgently
