Maternity uif claim

I have been following up on my claims since December 2022, every time I call my issue is just being escalated and nothing is happening. I have submitted everything they have asked me to submit, but still nothing is being done. Mind you this is a claim for my maternity uif and my child turned 1 last month. This is unnacceptable!!!
