maternity UIF Claim

I submitted all required documents for UIF at department of labour in Orlando Soweto, on 27 November 2015. I was assisted by Lucky Masindi who advised me that it takes 4 to 6 weeks for the UIF to be approved and he said I should call to check for approval. I called on the 12 of January 2016 and I was told that my documents were attended on the 15 of December 2015. I was told to call in 2 weeks again. I called on the 25 January 2016 and was told that it hasn't been approved yet and the lady told me to call after a week. I called on the 3rd of February 2016 the phone was ringing with no answer until in the afternoon at 15:30 the lady who answered told me that their system is not working and I should stop calling late. I called the following day on the 4the of February from 9am there was no answer the whole day, I tried getting hold of them for about 11 times. I'm still in the dark right now and got no idea as to what is happening with the application of my UIF Claim.
