Maternity UIF at Randburg

I app**** for my maternity uif in March 2020 up until now i have not received any payment,,Dinse Ntembani advised it was approved in August , however still no payment. This is frustrating please assist. I have called 100 times no answer and send him E-mails he does not resound, I can not wakeup every week at 4am queuing for UIF is not far then you get cut off from the queue. I want to know what to do to get the payment.
