Maternity UIF

This UIF claim process is so fraustrating. I app**** for UIF on 25th June 2020 as am on maternity leave. On the 6th July i received an sms saying my claim was rejected. I the went to query and the was no reason on my profile. I was then asked a letter from my employer stating how much will they be paying me. I then submitted the letter from my employer but still i heaven't been paid. Ive sent online appeals but still no responce.

Am really frastrated as am in debts because of not receiving my full payment in July and UIF payment i did not receive we are now approaching end of August and still nothing has been said. someone please assist me.
