Maternity uif

I went on maternity leave on 25 Sept. Tried to claim uif since then. Everytime i finally get hold of some one they i have toe send my UI19 and salary schedule, which i have sent 6 timea already. When i phoned them agaim on friday they asked for the same documents AGAIN including the birth certificate, which i have semt through before aswell. So i sent everything through on Friday AGAIN, and its still not loaded. They dont reply on emails. And they only answer the phone guessing when it suits them. Because there were times where after 15 mins i had to put the phone down. And when they anwser they are rude because how dare you tru and explain that this will be like the 7th time that you sending them the exact same documents. This is so dissapointing as we count on that money to help us see the month through and cant really go without it.
