maternity Uif

I claimed for maternity uif in September already, I'm due back for in Jan which means its been 3 months and still no pay out. Its is my own money yet there's always a story I went about 4 times and they tell me its the system and scanning documents however I feel that's not my problem its on there side. I submitted all my documents and all they say is the system.
