Maternity payouts

I would like to share my bad service with department of labour in rustenburg. I filled up my maternity forms since last year November and to date i have not received my payouts. I have sent serveral emails which i had to ask for feeback with no one getting back to me with my complaint.i have been told that the system shows my previous employer and required to submit documentation from that company which i have stated that the company has been taken over and changed to a different name and does not have my records. From May till now i have been told that my case has been assigned to an inspector within the jurisdiction of the company and no report has been done. I have tried calling the labour office but to no avail as the line is either busy or just rings
