Maternity payout!!!

I am disgusted with service received from uif, I app**** online on the 2nd of May for my maternity benefits payment as this is last withdrawal. My message said they received all my documents and payment will be made within 7 days. I am still waiting!!! I contacted the call Centre numerous times to query and all they say it's processed and I must wait, today I called and asked for a manager and there was non so the agent said they will escalate and I must wait another 7 to 14 days as that's the escalation turnaround time!!! So in all this time waiting how must one put food into my kids mouths with no money???? I spoke to lebogang and her manager who was not on the floor to assist is Lucy!
