Maternity payout

Hi my name Is Shannon Iv been to the labour department in May to process my maternity claims. Iv been there a number of 5 times, the 1st 4 times they lost my documents and the 5th time I was told to wait 5 days before my money will be paid to me. I'm at the end of July now and its been over 2 weeks already and I have not received anything from them. I am so frustrated and angry with the service that we get at the labour department and I'm tired of waiting for what belongs to me.
