maternity payment delay since 22 May

I submitted a payment form for maternity on the 22 May at the department and the person who was helping me told me I will receive the payment after 10 days, I was surprised because the first payment only took 24hours. I confirmed if he wasn't joking his answer was this is Eastern Cape not Western cape so you must wait 10 days, I've been waiting for that payment until today. On the 3rd of June I received an sms saying \ awaiting payment form and medical certificate I went back to them on the 4th he then told me maybe they were offline so they need to resend the forms again and wait. I'm worried if this is not going to cause problems for this months's payment because I must also claim for this month"
