Maternity Pay Out

I claimed for my maternity benefit in November 2014, the first pay out has been made to me however in January I received a letter from the Department of Labour that i owe them the funds transferred to me for my Maternity claim. To date i have not received my 2nd pay out and when i follow up I'm being sent from pillar to post. This claim has not yet been resolved and I'm still waiting for my payment. My son is turning 2 and i still do not have my money which is taken from my salary without fail. I have dealt with the supervisor at Department of Labour Atteridgeville, Seipati Mokoena and still to date she had not resolved my claim.
