Maternity not paid

I submitted my claim at the start of June'15, I received an sms saying I must submit my doctors note & ui-19 (which I'd already done) I went to Roodepoort to query this, they said some forms hadn't been sent (although I'd been told a month prior that everything was sent) so they re-sent everything (being told there will be a delay of 30 days) after 30 days I was told there were 2 ui-19's from my company, so a request was put in to remove the one (why this hadn't been picked up the first time? this also took nearly a month to correct) then I was told everything's OK & it's been sent for approval (4.5 months later and I'm back at work!) I called today to check the progress and they tell me my company opened the ui-19 to say I'm back at work and getting paid (which is right because I started last week) but because of this they cannot process my claim & I won't get paid! After being told there won't be a problem!!! My company says they can't close the ui-19 again as I'm already back at work a week. I am now heavy into debt, my child's school fees haven't been paid, I'm being threatened by lawyers for accounts I couldn't pay, my rent is behind and I'm under threat of eviction!!
