Maternity money not paid

I'm back at work after 4months and my maternity money is not paid. When I phone the branch, they refer me to germiston and tell me everything on their side is done. Asked them why don't they do follow up, I'm told by Ellias that head office doesn't respond to their queries and the dept has lots of problems because a new system was introduced and people don't know how to use that system and this problem has been happening since last year august and they don't know what to do. When I phone head office Germiston, I'm told the system is slow or its not working. All I hear is something that has nothing to do with me. Really now, 4 months without my money and no explanation given. All that is expected from me is go every 2 weeks to queue and check if it's money is paid. Phones are never answered and when you do get lucky and call is answered Lucia or Ellias (supervisors) are forever not answering their phones. Complains dept of labour also shifts the blame and say employers bla bla bla. I've had enough stories. All I want is MY MONEY. It's mine and excuses I hear, I'm really tired.
