maternity leave not yet paid up

I'm very dissapointed with the service I've been receiving at department of labour randfontein centre...I have app**** for maternity leave on the 31 march 2015 up until this day I have not received a cent, I have been told to come back after a week for numerous times and still nothing has been done. I believe that that money has been deducted from my salary to help me at the time when I'm unable to earn a salary however I have not received it.I was assisted by the supervisor at randfontein with no positive feedback....I sent an email to Pretoria still no response. Can someone please help with this issue....I need that money.
