maternity leave gone wrong

i went on maternity leave feb 2020 went to my local office and then some forms was to be filled in again then covid hit then we were told to put our papers in a box infront of the local office which i then did npo response no sms no email no contact nothing i went back to work in july 2020 i then saw you can apply online which i did complete the application and filled all my papers in from scratch i then faxed it like they said its been 1 year 4 months later still no funds they keep sending email requesting documents which i everytime upload i call in everyday and everyday i get told that its with the claims dept this is so ****ed up my son is going to 2 years old and still nothing my own freaking muni i asked to speak to someone higher noone to speak to no manager can you believe im really frustrated and i am looking for every platform to write my story on because the dept gets away with alot
