maternity leave compansation

I app**** for my maternity leave compensation on the 01/07/2015 till today I have not received any amount into my account, im not happy with the service one gets when you are there buy the offices in sandton as u stand in long ques by the sun for hours and when u get inside they keep telling me that its not approved, then again bring a new account, bring a child certificated all of a sudden when u give them all that they still say its declined for no reason or still waiting for approval, who on earth is that one person that's supposed to approve the damn thing, they fast to take the money from our salaries but slow to pay out when meant to do so! its time consuming and costing me with all the up and down one does' am angry and upset with their service as I believe they should have a valid reason and assure us that they will fix the matter as I'm sure im not the only one complaining lots of people do so because its our money and its crucial one cannot be going over and over there for one same reason that its not valid and understandable. im in need of your help hello peter I cannot take it anymore and would highly appreciate if you can help me out on this matter
