Maternity Leave Claim

I went to claim for my Maternity UIF on the 19th of November after I went for several times where they tell me the system is offline. On this day they take my document but even on this day I have not received a cent. If I go there they always give me the next date to come back but when I asked about the claim if it was processed or not I dnt don't get any answer I do not even know what's going on with my claim.
