Maternity leave application not finalised

With all government institutions I rarely expect good and proper service an now it has came to the length of me having to report about it, i was on maternity leave for 4 months and had app**** for maternity UIF benefits, i am now even back at work without having received any payouts, every time i go to the Soweto branch I'm told the money will definitely be in withing 10 working days it has been more than 20 days now and still have not received anything. Numerously been advised that the person who took my application (Thulani) initially has to send an email for the application to be processed but till today I am still waiting as most of my account are overdue because i had re**** on the UIF pay out for income while on my maternity leave. the level of incompetency in the government institution overwhelms me and i am really disappointed in the level of service I received.
