Maternity Leave

I have app**** for maternity leave beginning of October 2017. I have phones numerous times and also went to the offices but still have no monies that has been paid out to me. There was an issue with my bank account. I have sent in new paperwork and up to date still no response. I phoned to find out what is going on and now the problem is at head office in Witbank. Tried to phone them as well but when the answer they out the phone down immediately. It has been 3 months today an still no payment at all. How am I suppose to care for my baby????
