Maternity claims in Mamelodi super Bad

The service in department of labour-uif Mamelodi is super bad and is so sad that people that works there acts lkke they making you a favor, I have submitted my documents for my uif Maternity claim in March on line and I received a call that i must come there,cool i went 4hours later with my new born babies i still found my s3lf still cueing hang know y so long with no assistance, till I decided to leave even now no help was so ever.
