maternity claim unpaid since July

I've app**** for my if maternity claim in July and I still haven't received anything yet. I've sent all my documents via online. Contracted the call centre since I sent the forms on a weekly bases and I just get rude consultants who always tell me stories. I've been to the Maponya branch and the 1st time I was told that they can't help me because I did the application online. This guy just told me to leave,without giving me a chance to explain. Went again and the system is always OFFLINE!!!! Went I've went several times. Than a gentleman called Nkosana Radebe offered to help and took my documents and he said he will send them through. However I'm still waiting.... This really irritates me because I have to wake up early in the morning with my 3 month old baby to stand in that long queue just to get a negative response from the department. I'm tried of going there and calling the contact centre because it looks like they are just paid to do nothing.
