Maternity Claim not processed-40days!!!!

My maternity forms were submitted to the Dept of Labour at the beginning of March. On the 10th March i received an sms stating that i should receive communication from the dept. within 35days. Its more than 40days already and i have not recieved any communication nor am i able to get through to anyone on their damn landline numbers. Pathetic service!!! I went to the office again and was told it has been captured and i have to wait. Wait for how much longer????case number ***. <br> I need feedback ASAP!!!!
