maternity claim not paid out

I registered November 2015 for uif due to going on maternity leave. After numerous lengthy calls and emails I have still not received my uif. They either keep loosing my paperwork, or they dont bother to provide the correct info. I have never made a claim before, and have paid uif for many many years. I have been fighting to get the money owed to me to no avail. They just dont care to help at all. I have been waiting 4 months with no salary or uif money now and still nothing. Even the managers ignore my requests. I need my money, I'm done waiting and suffering due to negligence and incompetence.
