Maternity claim nit being paid

Good day i need assistance on my maternity claim ive put in at the above mentioned office. Inwent there in march 2017 as my baby was due in June. After meny minths of going there myself and asking how far my claim was ive been sent from Pillar to post and still nothing. In Nivember last year i sent an email to Mr Sam Phuti the office manager whom refrered me to a Mr Pretorius who came accors the actual fault on my claim and in december i recieved 15days worth of monies. After i was told that i should go back in January to fill in another form in order to claim there was again something wrong.... Long story short i am still waiting for my outstanding monies. My daughter is about to turn 1 year and still i am waiting always being told there is a waiting period of two weeks. I am getting sick and tired of waiting and to crown it all i called today just after 8 to speak to Mr Phuti and not giving me chance to speak he rather tells me that he just got into office and will ask the people that he referred the case to why they didnt call me this after i dent him an email in February the last time because he doesnt answer now only he wants to ask. I want an answer from these people and i eant my money, i think as a citizen i have been doing more than whats expected without ANY help from them.
