maternity claim feedback

I gave birth on 29 December 2014 to my baby boy.<br> I went to submit all my paperwork on 6 February 2015 ,I made sure I had all the paperwork correctly the consultant checked my papers and confirmed all paperwork is in order.<br> Yesterday the 3 March 2015 I phoned the call centre for uif to enquire about my claim ,and apparently my UI-19 information was incorrect I then called my payroll to correct the information ,but the information is correct.I Called the Department of labour Paarl ,where I was so shocked when I called and was send around from one person to another ,which is unacceptable I am a client.<br> <br> I would really just wanted to be help ....I am currently waiting on a respond from the supervisors ...I wonder when I will receive the feedback.<br> <br> <br> I am awaiting feedback,but not holding my breath.
