MATERNITY CLAIM-CASE ID: ***

I app**** for maternity claim June 2021 and submitted all documents required by 18 August 2021. I still have not received payment or any notifications of anything. I have been calling the department every week since then and I get different stories. I have emailed couple of times on the email addresses I have no one has ever responded.
