Maternity claim benefits pending for 7 Months

Since i app**** for Maternity Benefits on the 27-08-2021 i gave Birth on the 06-10-2021 until Today i haven't received any payment. When i call their call center they always tell me the same story for the past 7Months that my application its pending for Approval, i asked if there is anything i did not submit they said they have everything its just pending for approval. am really so frustrated because i was on unpaid meternity
