Maternity claim application

first started my application online around month end November 2022,I emailed all needed documents December 2022 and 6 January 2023 I got an sms that my documents were scanned and sent to be accessed and 31 January I got an sms that I needed to correct my employer address and 4th Feb 23 I sent the updated UI-19 and ever since my status hasn't changed and I keep on calling weekly and thet keep on saying they have escalated it but I'm about to go back to work and I desperately need the money as I started my application early so I can get the money while on maternity but still no luck.
