Maternity Claim

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>My documents were submitted on 13 June 2016 is over a year that i'm still waiting for my claim to be approved. I'm sure by now the whole call centre agents know me as i follow up everyday and get same response that all my documents are with the assessor. Only today was advised that the manager by the name of Deon said their systems have crashed and we must still wait for another weeks before we can follow up again. I am very disappointed about the=ir bad service that i have to wait for so long to get my materninty money that i an entittled to and i had to go back to work early beacause i had no money i was hoping that maternity money will help wgile i was still on leave. Very bad service.</p>
