Maternity Claim

<p>I registered my claim end of June 2015. Folowing up time and agains, evertime holding the line for 20+ minutes, only to be told this doc was not received, I send it AGAIN, to be told that document was not received. After a year, I was told my claim was rejeted, because there is issues with the dated I went and came from maternity leave. Again, after appealing the matter, it was registered on 1 September 2016. Stil I have no answers!! Everytime I phone I'm told that all the docs has to be sent to registration (????). Baby turning 2 in July! It is ridiculous!!!!</p>
