Maternity claim-5 May 2015- still not approved!

My maternity leave commenced on the 5 May 2015, date of which all the required and necessary documentation was lodged via ufilling for my maternity claim. Despite the fact that the UI-19 form was forwarded to their office a total of 6 times since this date I was advised by their office, that the document was only captured on their system on the 23 July 2015. I have contacted their office over 20 times and I have spoken to numerous agents including Lee, Sipho- whom I again sent the UI-19 form to on the 17 July 2015, Victoria, George, Onica and Oriyet- whom even sent me an email on the 27 July 2015 advising me that the matter was forwarded for approval. George and Onica both advised me 3 weeks ago that the matter was again sent to an assessor for approval. I further spoke to Julia whom advised me a week and a half ago that she would look into my claim as a matter of urgency, I have since left multiple telephone messages for Julia to contact me regarding my claim and I am yet to receive a call back. I have been to the Labour Department in Randburg twice since the 5 May 2015 regarding this claim, who have advised me that they cannot assist further. So ***********.Where are my payments!
