Maternity Claim

6 Month now and still waiting for my Maternity Claim to be paid out....

I phoned them on the 26nd of April 2021 and told them that on the Ufiling system it shows that the Medical Certificate was outstanding one of the agents did assist me with a link and I did upload the document.

On Monday the 10th of May 2021 I logged in to Ufiling and still showing the same that the document is still outstanding.

Since Monday I have been phoning the UIF Office and until up to date they are not answering their phones.

Very disappointing to wait this long and still don't really get any feedback
