Maternity claim

I was at department of labor offices in Soweto branch the service i got was so pathetic, to think that the government does not even ask us whether to deduct money from out salaries they just do, whwn its time to pay you are taken from pillar to post that is so sad and the servants act like they are only doing you a favor by helping you.. That is so sad, i was helped by someone named Gift Sithole that is an arrogant person.. I hope he is taken down from the high horse that he is sitting on, the emotions i have towards him, im really angry he doesn't deserve to serve the community, i don't owe anyone.. That is my money, i filled this maternity in February even today i haven't gotten paid, everytime when I go there there's always something at first it was because of covid that was ther reason im not getting paid, then i had to submit a marriage certificate, and suddenly its now my salary schedule... Please i would like to know how do you accept the documents and complete the claim if the documents are missing, by the way i submitted everything including the schedule,, yho im so annoyed at the set that is given to black people
