Maternity claim

I have submitted my maternity claim at Kempton park on the 8th of September and until today I have not received a single payment. I have been there morethan six times and the first 4 times I have been there I was told my UI 2.7 is incomplete and when they checked it they would say it is complete and they don't understand why whoever was checking the documents says it incomplete. They would rescan and tell me to check after 7 days. The 5th and 6th time I was told they have entered the wrong Doctors details so they corrected and told me the payment will be made within 7 days and again I received nothing not even an update. Today I went back again and I was told my UI 2.7 was incomplete, at least today they were able to tell me why they say it is incomplete. I am so disappointed and shocked at the fact that it took them almost 4 months to explain to me what is wrong with my UI 2.7.
