Maternity claim

I am yet to receive my money from last year after many applications and emails sent to UIF. No one is helping me and my documents keep getting lost. Either someone has taken my money or the government doesnt want to pay me. I am tired of taking day offs to go to the branch to try to sort this matter out. I am ready to seek legal help because it is over a year since I have been waiting for my money.
