maternity benifits

Hi, i claim for maternity last year. I gave birth on the 3rd July 2015, i'm still waiting for my UIF money. I am struggling because they don't answer there phones and don't reply back on my emails. But today i did received a email from them. They are saying on the 16/03/2016 they did paid me UIF. They did not paid me i never received one sent from them. I don't have time to take off I'm a working women i only want my money.
