Maternity Benefits short paid still waiting 1 year later!!!!!!

<p> I had a dispute with my payout of maternity benefits at the Phoenix Labour Centre, my company paid me a portion and i was told to claim for the balance from UIF to make up my monthly salary, unfortunately each month i was paid short, when i queried with the department i was told it is correct, I then checked with our HR department, my salary plus the contribution from Uif would have made up my normal take home salary. after soo many calls and queries, I was told to lodge an appeal using the correct form which I duly did and handed back in , IN NOVEMEBER, last year it is now September 2016 and nobody has bothered to give me feedback despite numerous mails and calls.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want to be paid want is rightfully mine as i make my contribution to UIF every month with no issue.</p> <p> </p>
