Maternity Benefits not paid due to *********** service

<p>Good Day</p> <p>I submitted my maternity benefits claim in March 2016 and still have not received any payment to date. Without being notified initially that my claim was rejected i went to the dept to query why i javent received any funds. I corrected the faulty documents and resubmitted the claim and once again my ui19 was faxed. I then was informed to return on 6 june to come and sign and complete s form for payment. To my surprise my cla was still in process and i could not sign. The consultant advicede i would receive an sms tp notify me in 5 working days my claim is approved.. I still havent received any notification and when i called the department yesterday after my 8th attempt the consultant was sp *********** she never called me back. I i was transfered back and forthh to no avail. I also sent an email and had no feedback. Please escalate this complaint to management to assist me in getting my money that is due to me. The service at the department of Labour is pathetic and there is no client service at all.</p>
