Maternity benefits not paid

Submitted mu documents @the department of Labour east London beginning of November, money was never received and when I went to enquire they told me there was a problem with my banking details. I went as far as opening a new bank acc just so I could receive the money but each week I go there I am told a different story its as if the employee s themselves do not know what they are doing. Iy has been a whole 3months and I am still waiting
