Maternity benefits

My daughter has App**** online for maternity benefits, have submitted documents on three occasions. They don't even update their system. We have queried a number of times and they tell you all documents have been submitted and the process will take 7 to 10 working days as it has been expidited. Don't know who is lying because still no payment has been received. Baby was born 16th December 2020, no salary being received, contributed for 12 years and almost time to go back to work, really disgusting the way they treat the people who pay their salaries.
