Maternity Benefits Claims

My name is violet Mangwagape i have since app**** for the maternity uif benefits in February on the 7th. I haven't received any payment yet and its almost 3 months already.

I have followed up with the near department of labour centre, i was told that i should provide a copy of my baby's birth certificate and sign the Ui-4 form which i did. Still even today ihaven't received any payment yet. Im tired of going up and down the labour centre submitting documents but not receiving anything.
