Maternity benefits claim

The worst experience I've ever had. I lodged for maternity benefits in August 2020 and application status still says 'completed by the assessor'. Whenever I contact their call center I'm being told they will check with the admin department what is causing the delay and I must be patient. It's been 14 months since I have lodged the application. What is the use of contributing every month but yet we are being given run arounds when we need our money??????

The incompetence of this department is absurd.
