Maternity benefits

I app**** for maternity benefits on the 4th of April case number ***, to date I have not received any payment.I emailed all documents needed and was confirmed that my documents are correct and received. When I call they tell me they are escalating the issue and I must call after a week. But many weeks have passed and nothing has changed. I have also visited labor centre at Louis trichardt and submitted all required documents and everytime I come back they just say my documents have not been captured. This is very much draining
