Maternity benefits

I was on maternity from 27th November 2024 to February 2024. It's already March and I haven't received any maternity it's been send to the relevant department ever since and every time I called to follow up I'm told to wait 7 working days even thou I did then the person just tells me to wait 7 working days even thou I already did. I don't know what to do anymore because I submitted my documents long ago and everytime it's said it has been sent to the relavent department. I don't know how long I should wait anymore my baby is 4 months almost. If anyone could advice what u could do I would appreciate it. It's really frustrating honestly.
