Maternity benefits

I have app**** for maternity benefits since 2020 with no success still today they keep on saying wait for the money and come and sign for it,so I tried the online uifcontact center for their assistance as well I provided them all the documents with them I feel we going back and forth really I don't know how long are they planning to keep my money maybe 10 yrs from now
