Maternity Benefits

i took a maternity leave , and i went to register my maternity claim i was told that i will get the funds in 10 days, 10 days went by but i did not get the funds when i went to the branch i was told that my payment is blocked i must wait for 2 weeks for it to be unblocked , 2 weeks went by but nothing when i go again i was told they have a backlog its been 2 months now and i still did not get my funds . i have a baby who needed food and debts to pay for the money that belong to me we pay every month for the UIF and when its time to claim this is what we get . its always full you have to wake up at 03:00am to get assistance there or other wise you will not get any assistance , i have lost count on how many times i went there just to get the claim registered in July if it's not load shedding they've lost the scan to check the temperature . the last time i complained that going there all the time it costs money so they gave me an email to follow up with it's been 4 weeks now the person is not responding , can someone please assist
