Maternity benefits

I'm on maternity leave since September, and after several times being turned away with my baby I was told to be inline at 4am already to be help I eventually got my documents in on the 22nd October after a month I went to labour to find out what the next step is my claim was pending as I needed to get 2 other UI19 from previous work places as my dates does not correspond, I got it and my stuff was updated, called again on several occasions and could not get through I also went in on the 15th December with no hardly to staff visible and people where told that it the staff party, to find out what is happening and was told it still need to be approved after sitting and waiting for 4 hours and that most staff on leave for December and that I just need to be patient as that there is a back log, the system is pathetic as heavily pregnant woman stand in lines and with new born babies sitting for hours. I'm due back at work in January and still no money......DISAPPOINTED SOUTH AFRICAN CITIZEN .
