Maternity benefit pay out

<p>The guy at the Labour dept was very helpful , the problem is the fact that everything is being done in order for one not to receive a payout . In the meantime , I have been on maternity leave for four months with no income . Debt is pilling up and still the labour dept still makes me run around trying to get UI19 forms that have already been submitted . I will not receive any money for my time that I was on maternity leave ( not from my employer or the labour dept ) .</p> <p>And this is money that I contributed to the fund ( not taxes ) , my contribution , and they have the right to say that I cannot get it because " it is now too late , you have already started work again "</p> <p> </p> <p>What nonsense is that ?</p> <p>When will the system change ?</p> <p>Who will helo me with unpaid debit orders for those four months ?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
