Maternity benefit outstanding payment

I claimed my maternity benefit at Alberton labour department in April 2021, whilst I delivered a baby in March already and submitted everything to the department, then I received R7000 only in June and no payment I received despite signing at their record book and I tried calling the office but the receptionist always transfer my call to the relevant department to no help, I'm already back at work since July but I still haven't received anything. I am really disappointed in this department as I have worked for 9 years and uif is deducted each month and to only receive R7000 after so much deduction I have paid.
